Shipping Policy
UK- 2-3 Working Days: Priced at £5 – £7 and £6 – £10.- Depending on the timeframe selected by customers, the delivery window can vary between 24 to 48 hours
EU – 3-5 Working Days: Price varies between 15, 20 EUR.
INTERNATIONAL- 3-17 Working Days: Price varies between £40- £70 or $50 to $70
Please be aware that our shipping prices are subject to change or vary, and our estimated delivery times may not always be accurate due to regional factors such as holidays and other variables.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Sales item, Gift items, Beauty products and Personal care goods. We also do not accept returns of exhibited wear or damage caused by customers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return and Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items marked as Sale, Clearance, using codes, any campaigns or purchased during any promotional offers are non-refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
